CoreFlow Operations was built through years of hands-on leadership in fixed operations, with a foundation rooted in the RV industry. My career began with one of the nation's largest RV dealership groups, where I trained service advisors, warranty administrators, and fixed operations teams across the country. As new dealerships joined the organization, I evaluated existing processes, identified what worked, eliminated what didn't, and helped implement systems that improved consistency, accountability, and performance.

As my career progressed, I took on leadership roles directing multiple locations and overseeing several departments simultaneously. Along the way, I expanded my experience into the automotive and powersports industries while continuing to return to my roots in RV service. That broader experience reinforced something I had already begun to see—regardless of the industry, many service departments face the same operational challenges.
